and yet these are the tokens of my daughter’s virginity. ennaal enre makalute kanyakaalakshanangal ithaa ennu paranjnju pattanathile mooppanmaarute mumpil aa vasthram vitarkkenam.17TSKCOMऔर वह तो यह कहकर उस पर कुकर्म का दोष लगाता है, कि मैं ने तेरी बेटी में कुंवारीपन के लझण नहीं पाए। परन्तु मेरी बेटी के कुंवारीपन के चिन्ह थे हैं। तब उसके माता-पिता नगर के वृद्ध लोगोंके साम्हने उस चद्दर को फैलाएं।18TSKCOMAnd the elders of that city shall take that man and chastise him;18TSKCOMഅപ്പോൾ പട്ടണത്തിലെ മൂപ്പന്മാർ ആ പുരുഷനെ പിടിച്ചു ശിക്ഷിക്കേണം.18TSKCOMAppol pattanathile mooppanmaar aa purushane pitichu shikshikkenam.18TSKCOMतब नगर के सियाने लोग उस पुरूष को पकड़कर ताड़ना दें;19TSKCOMAnd they shall amerce him in an hundred shekels of silver, and give them unto the father of the damsel, because he hath brought up an evil name upon a virgin of Israel: and she shall be his wife; he may not put her away all his days.19TSKCOMഅവൻ യിസ്രായേലിൽ ഒരു കന്യകയുടെമേൽ അപവാദം പറഞ്ഞുണ്ടാക്കിയതിനാൽ അവർ അവനെക്കൊണ്ടു നൂറു വെള്ളിക്കാശു പിഴ ചെയ്യിച്ചു യുവതിയുടെ അപ്പന്നു കൊടുക്കേണം; അവൾ അവന്നു തന്നേ ഭാര്യയായിരിക്കേണം; और वह उसी की पत्नी बनी रहे, और वह जीवन भर उस स्त्री को त्यागने न पाए।20TSKCOMBut if this thing be true, and the tokens of virginity be not found for the damsel:20TSKCOMഎന്നാൽ യുവതിയിൽ കന്യകാലക്ഷണം കണ്ടില്ല എന്നുള്ള വാക്കു സത്യം ആയിരുന്നാൽ20TSKCOMEnnaal yuvathiyil kanyakaalakshanam kantilla ennulla vaakku sathyam aayirunnaal20TSKCOMपरन्तु यदि उस कन्या के कुंवारीपन के चिन्ह पाए न जाएं, और उस पुरूष की बात सच ठहरे,21TSKCOMThen they shall bring out the damsel to the door of her father’s house, and the men of her city shall stone her with stones that she die: because she hath wrought folly in Israel, to play the whore in her father’s house: so shalt thou put evil away from among you.21TSKCOMഅവർ യുവതിയെ അവളുടെ അപ്പന്റെ വീട്ടുവാതിൽക്കൽ കൊണ്ടുപോയി അവൾ യിസ്രായേലിൽ വഷളത്വം പ്രവർത്തിച്ചു അപ്പന്റെ വീട്ടിൽവെച്ചു വേശ്യാദോഷം ചെയ്കകൊണ്ടു അവളുടെ പട്ടണക്കാർ അവളെ കല്ലെറിഞ്ഞു കൊല്ലേണം; ingane ningalute itayilninnu dosham neekkikkalayenam.21TSKCOMतो वे उस कन्या को उसके पिता के घर के द्वार पर ले जाएं, और उस नगर के पुरूष उसको पत्यरवाह करके मार डालें; उस ने तो अपके पिता के घर में वेश्या का काम करके बुराई की है; योंतू अपके मध्य में से ऐसी बुराई को दूर करना।।22TSKCOMIf a man be found lying with a woman married to an husband, then they shall both of them die, both the man that lay with the woman, and the woman: so shalt thou put away evil from Israel.22TSKCOMഒരു പുരുഷന്റെ ഭാര്യയായ സ്ത്രീയോടുകൂടെ ഒരുത്തൻ ശയിക്കുന്നതു കണ്ടാൽ സ്ത്രീയോടുകൂടെ ശയിച്ച പുരുഷനും സ്ത്രീയും ഇരുവരും മരണശിക്ഷ അനുഭവിക്കേണം; ഇങ്ങനെ യിസ്രായേലിൽനിന്നു ദോഷം നീക്കിക്കളയേണം.22TSKCOMOru purushanre bhaaryayaaya sthreeyotukoote oruthan shayikkunnathu kandaal sthreeyotukoote shayicha purushanum sthreeyum iruvarum maranashiksha anubhavikkenam; ingane yisraayelilninnu dosham neekkikkalayenam.22TSKCOMयदि कोई पुरूष दूसरे पुरूष की ब्याही हुई स्त्री के संग सोता हुआ पकड़ा जाए, तो जो पुरूष उस स्त्री के संग सोया हो वह और वह स्त्री दोनोंमार डालें जाएं; इस प्रकार तू ऐसी बुराई को इस्राएल में से दूर करना।।23TSKCOMIf a damsel that is a virgin be betrothed unto an husband, and a man find her in the city, and lie with her;23TSKCOMവിവാഹനിശ്ചയം കഴിഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്ന കന്യകയായ ഒരു യുവതിയെ ഒരുത്തൻ പട്ടണത്തിൽവെച്ചു കണ്ടു അവളോടുകൂടെ ശയിച്ചാൽ23TSKCOMVivaahanishchayam kazhinjnjirikkunna kanyakayaaya oru yuvathiye oruthan pattanathilvechu kantu avalotukoote shayichaal23TSKCOMयदि किसी कुंवारी कन्या के ब्याह की बात लगी हो, और कोई दूसरा पुरूष उसे नगर में पाकर उस से कुकर्म करे,24TSKCOMThen ye shall bring them both out unto the gate of that city, and ye shall stone them with stones that they die; the damsel, because she cried not, being in the city; and the man, because he hath humbled his neighbour’s wife: so thou shalt put away evil from among you.24TSKCOMയുവതി പട്ടണത്തിൽ ആയിരുന്നിട്ടും നിലവിളിക്കായ്കകൊണ്ടും പുരുഷൻ കൂട്ടുകാരന്റെ ഭാര്യക്കു പോരായ്ക വരുത്തിയതുകൊണ്ടും നിങ്ങൾ അവരെ ഇരുവരെയും പട്ടണവാതിൽക്കൽ കൊണ്ടുവന്നു കല്ലെറിഞ്ഞു കൊല്ലേണം; ഇങ്ങനെ നിങ്ങളുടെ ഇടയിൽനിന്നു ദോഷം നീക്കിക്കളയേണം.24TSKCOMYuvathi pattanathil aayirunnittum nilavilikkaaykakontum purushan koottukaaranre bhaaryakku poraayka varuthiyathukontum ningal avare iruvareyum pattanavaathilkkal kontuvannu kallerinjnju kollenam; ingane ningalute itayilninnu dosham neekkikkalayenam.24TSKCOMतो तुम उन दोनोंको उस नगर के फाटक के बाहर ले जाकर उनको पत्यरवाह करके मार डालना, उस कन्या को तो इसलिथे कि वह नगर में रहते हुए भी नहीं चिल्लाई, और उस पुरूष को इस कारण कि उस ने पड़ोसी की स्त्री की पत-पानी ली है; इस प्रकार तू अपके मध्य में से ऐसी बुराई को दूर करना।।25TSKCOMBut if a man find a betrothed damsel in the field, and the man force her, and lie with her: then the man only that lay with her shall die:25TSKCOMഎന്നാൽ വിവാഹനിശ്ചയം കഴിഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്ന ഒരു യുവതിയെ ഒരുത്തൻ വയലിൽ വെച്ചു കണ്ടു ബലാൽക്കാരംചെയ്തു അവളോടു കൂടെ ശയിച്ചാൽ പുരുഷൻ മാത്രം മരണശിക്ഷ അനുഭവിക്കേണം.25TSKCOMEnnaal vivaahanishchayam kazhinjnjirikkunna oru yuvathiye oruthan vayalil vechu kantu balaalkkaaramcheythu avalotu koote shayichaal purushan maathram maranashiksha anubhavikkenam.25TSKCOMपरन्तु यदि कोई पुरूष किसी कन्या को जिसके ब्याह की बात लगी हो मैदान में पाकर बरबस उस से कुकर्म करे, तो केवल वह पुरूष मार डाला जाए, जिस ने उस से कुकर्म किया हो।26TSKCOMBut unto the damsel thou shalt do nothing; there is in the damsel no sin worthy of death: for as when a man riseth against his neighbour, and slayeth him, even so is this matter:26TSKCOMയുവതിയോടോ ഒന്നും ചെയ്യരുതു; അവൾക്കു മരണയോഗ്യമായ പാപമില്ല. ഒരുത്തൻ കൂട്ടുകാരന്റെ നേരെ കയർത്തു അവനെ കൊല്ലുന്നതുപോലെയത്രേ ഈ കാര്യം.26TSKCOMYuvathiyoto onnum cheyyaruthu;
